At Credit Suisse I started as Mainframe Engineer and learned hard core technologies such as z/OS IBM High Level Assembler but also Application Management of Mainframe Products (Compuware). I also engineered monitoring solutions on Sitescope, Insight Inquire, BMC Performance Manager. In a 2 year international assignment I lead an engineering team and lead a project to migrate from IBM Tivoli to BMC Patrol (2 year project).

At IBM I started as Field Supporter and learned much about operational IT. Soon I joined the Software Group where I helped the presales team to support and sell DB2, Content Manager, OnDemand for their customers.
